Collin Jasper, a 5'11" guard from Troy, has signed his letter of intent to continue his basketball career at Highland Community College. Collin is the son of Michelle and Steve Bowe, and Kelly Jasper. He is a 4-year starter for the Trojans, where he has averaged 12.1 points, 3.1 assists and 2.2 steals. Collin finished his high school career with his best year yet, averaging a team high 13.5 points, while helping led Troy to a 19-5 record, #7 ranking and a spot in the Sub-State Championship. Over his THS career, Collin has had many accomplishments: All-League for 4 years (1st team All-TVL as a senior), Honorable Mention All-State for 4 years (Topeka-Capital and Wichita Eagle), Honorable Mention All-KBCA as a senior, All-St. Joseph Newspress and Atchison Globe as a junior, and a participant in the NEK All-Star Game. He also became a member of the 1,000 point scoring club for Troy, which was the first boy to do so since 1997.

Bargman had an outstanding day on Tuesday at the Valley Heights Invitational Track & Field Meet. She won a total of four gold medals, with two individually in the 100m Dash (12.82) and the 200m Dash (26.93) and anchored the 4x100m Relay (51.93) and 4x400m Relay (4:27) teams that took first place.
